Coming to Ogdensburg Public Library this October 2024

Good Afternoon,
The library is ready for October the month of scary ghosts, gross zombies and fun costumes! We will be hosting crafts to help you prepare for Halloween including learning how to make your very own oozing wounds!

The library will be closed October 14 in honor of Indigenous People's Day.

Description: A new craft to pick up and finish at home each week.

Description: A preschool movement and socialization class. Jump your jiggles out and wiggle your waggles away with music, instruments and sensory play.

Description: Eileen Visser takes us on her journey kayaking through the Northwest Passage.

Book Lovers Celebration
Day: October 12
Time: Noon – 2:30 pm
Location: Auditorium
Description: You are cordially invited to a celebration of reading and a presentation by regional author Caperton Tissot.
Caperton writes both poetry and prose. She finds inspiration in family, small communities, the arts and backcountry wilderness. Her work includes history, memoirs, observations and social commentary. You can learn more about her and her writing at her website snowy owl press.
