The Summer Reading program will be continuing till the end of August. We have three Book Walks coming up this month as well as a new take home craft every week. Stop in on Tuesdays for Music and Movement, on Wednesdays for crafts in the park and on Thursdays for Story Time.
Keep exercising those brains by reading and learning all summer long!

Take Home Crafts
Day and Time: New weekly, pickup anytime the library is open
Location: Ogdensburg Public library
Description: An ocean themed craft to take home and complete. Each kit will contain materials and instructions to help you make a craft.
Music and Movement
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 11:00 am
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library (outside in good weather)
Description: A preschool movement and socialization class. Jump your jiggles out and wiggles your waggles away with music, instruments and sensory play.

Story Time

Description: Stories, activities and crafts for young children. Socialize, gain early literacy skills and learn to love books during this preschool program. Ages 3-5
Crafts in the Park
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 2:00 – 3:00 pm

Description: A new ocean themed craft or educational activity every week in Library Park (inside during poor weather). Ages 3-12

Summer Reading
The last day to collect prizes for summer reading is August 31! Earn one point for every picture book or chapter you read. 5 points earns you a chance at one of our grand prizes.
Fishing Gear Checkout
The library will now be loaning out fishing gear. Fishing equipment can be checked out by children and adults (those 16 years and older must have a fishing license) You can keep fishing items for up to one week.
