Good Afternoon,
This March we will be continuing our teen activities with Life Sized Pacman. Collect fruit and escape from ghosts at the library on March 12th. We will also be doing a craft for children on March 14 and a Leprechaun scavenger hunt on March 17th. Our second teen focused event will be Food Lab: Edible Slime on March 19. Our last big event will be Library Lego Time on the 26th. As always toddlers and preschoolers are welcome at our weekly Music and Movement and Story Time programs.

Programs
Take Home Crafts
Day and Time: Available for pickup during library hours.
Location: Ogdensburg Public library, pick up at the front desk
Description: A new craft to pick up and finish at home each week.

Music and Movement
Day: Tuesdays (No Music and Movement March 4th)

Description: A preschool movement and socialization class. Jump your jiggles out and wiggle your waggles away with music, instruments and sensory play.
Ages 18 months – 4 years

Story Time
Day: Thursdays (No Story Time March 6th and 27th)
Time: 11:00 am
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library
Description: Stories, activities and crafts for young children.
Socialize, gain early literacy skills and learn to love books during this preschool program.
Ages 2-5

Life Sized Pacman
Day: March 12
Time: 5:00 pm

Description: Navigate a maze while gathering fruit and avoiding ghosts.
Ages: 11 and up

River Series- Jerry Lincoln – Fishing Lure Expert
Day: March 12
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: Auditorium
Description: Go on an excursion with Jerry Lincoln as he finds all these lures.

Children’s Craft: Lucky Charm
Day: March 14
Time: 4:00 pm
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library
Description: Make a charm bracelet with magic dust for luck.
Ages: 5 and up

Library Leprechaun Break-in
Day: March 17
Time: 3:30 – 4:45 pm
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library
Description: A small green figure was seen breaking into the Ogdensburg Public Library causing mayhem. Please help us identify the suspect.
Ages: 5 and up

Food Lab – Edible Slime
Day: March 19

Description: Make slime and then eat it.
Ages: 11 and up

Classical Inkings Book Club
Day: March 19
Time: 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library Conference room
Description: Join us as we read and discuss classics, classical literature, history, archeology, sciences, and linguistics. We will look at both classics and the modern works derived from them. This month’s book club is No Exit by Jean-Paul Sartre.

Library Lego Time
Day: March 26
Time: 5:00 pm
Location: Ogdensburg Public Library
Description: Complete a challenge or just experiment on your own with Lego bricks.
Ages: 5 and up
